Terms and Conditions of Sale:

• Prices are subject to change without notice based on the price in effect at the time of invoicing. American Diversified is not responsible for upload errors. Possession of website access constitutes an offer to sell as American Diversified requires login and password to protect customers from unauthorized purchases. All orders placed on this website will be billed to customer’s open account and are due within standard terms. All standard terms of sale are applicable to internet orders.

• Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday can ship the same business day if requested. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST will ship the following business day.

• Stocked merchandise minimum order $25.00. Orders less than $25.00 will be accessed a Small Order Processing fee of $6.00. Special Order minimum is the greater of $100.00 or manufacturer minimum plus any manufacturer small order and broken carton charges. An estimate of these charges is available upon request.

• All prices are F.O.B. Knoxville, Tennessee. A single order of stock merchandise for single delivery within the continental United States exceeding $1,250.00* will be shipped FOB Knoxville, Freight prepaid by American Diversified.
*Due to excessive freight expense on stock glassware and janitorial products, orders containing more than 50% of these products requires a minimum purchase of $2,500.00 to qualify for prepaid freight.
*All Stock Heavy Equipment items (93XXXX) qualify for free freight when 5 pieces are ordered and shipped together to one location.

• Damaged or shorted merchandise must be reported within two working days and must be noted on the Bill of Lading for any consideration. No exceptions to this policy.

• UPS ground service will be used for all small shipments. UPS air is available at current UPS published rates. Shipments over 150 pounds will be shipped the most efficient way. Motor Freight deliveries are available with lift gate at additional fee.

• RMA. No merchandise may be returned without written authorization. Invoice number must be provided to receive a return authorization. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All returns are subject to restock charges plus applicable outbound freight.

• American Diversified does not automatically back order product. Any product not acknowledged or invoiced will require re-ordering.
